Dear Parent/Carer ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE END OF TERM School will finish at 12.30pm on Friday 18 December. If your child travels on school transport the buses and taxis will operate at that time. Special arrangements apply to students who travel to Ravenscar, whose parents will receive a letter in the post. Packed lunches will be available for students to collect from the dining hall if these are ordered in advance by completing and returning the attached form. I would be grateful if students entitled to receive free school meals will also order their packed lunch by using this form. Term dates for this and the next academic year are attached to this letter, together with a notice all schools are required to send to parents and students regarding data protection.
