We have just launched our own Twitter account and would like to invite all parents to follow us!

We are very keen to involve parents in the school community as much as possible, and Twitter is a great way for us to quickly keep you informed of what is going on at the school. If you already have a twitter account you can follow us straight away, if not Twitter is free to join.  And, you can easily connect it to many mobile phones so you can be up-to-date wherever you are!

For parents who are not familiar with Twitter, it is a very simple concept - you have 160 characters to convey whatever message you would like to people who are following you.

We are hoping to build on the success of the parental mailing lists that already have hundreds of parents signed up to receive the latest newsletters directly to their inboxes. Please encourage any parents not on the mailing lists to join - it's quick and easy to subscribe @ http://www.scalbylearning.co.uk
