Dear Parents

Our song, Somewhere Over The Rainbow / Wonderful World by Scalby School Staff & Students is now on sale on Amazon and iTunes (and many other online music shops!).

It was recorded in memory of one of our students, Ellie Othick-Bowmaker who sadly died on Valentine's Day this year following a long battle with two brain tumours. Staff and students were inspired to record this song as a tribute to Ellie who was an inspiration to everyone who met her - she even raised over £25,000 for charity before she died. We are hoping to get the song into the charts this weekend, and raise much needed funds and awareness of childhood brain tumours - the most underfunded of cancer related charities.
